TVMcGill accompanies the McGill Outdoors Club for an Epic Winter Camping Trip in the Canadian Wilderness. We visited the Baskatong Reservoir, which is about 3 hours drive from Montreal, to experience the Canadian pastimes of Ice-Fishing and Dog-Sledding. The crew even helped construct some ‘Quinzee’ snow shelters to sleep in during the -22 C winter night, during which the shelters provided surprising levels of warmth! Kudos to the Outdoors Club for an amazing experience and Phd student Mohammad Pasandi for leading the trip!
